At Mac Animal Clinic we try and make your pet’s vet visit a Fear Free experience. This is why we provide various examination surfaces/ toys/ treats and then record your pets preferences in their emotional medical record.

As pet owners you know your pet best and you can help us. Do they have a favorite blanket? Toy? Did you notice they were more relaxed after we sprayed their carrier with Feliway? Observe your furry friend and share their likes and dislikes with us.
