At Mac Animal Clinic, your pets are family. Welcome to ours.

A low volume, high touch, boutique veterinary practice. A team that knows your pet’s preferences — and yours.

The M.A.C Difference

Fear Free® Certified Care

Your pet’s comfort guides every visit. We use numbing cream before injections and send pre-visit questionnaires so we know what your pet needs before they arrive. The hospital features species-specific exam rooms, calming pheromones on bandanas and towels, full deodorization between visits, and accommodations for reactive or fearful pets, so the experience stays calm for them and for you.

Time for Your Pet

Lower volume is a patient-care-focused decision. It gives us time to remember what works for your pet, take things at their pace, and personalize each visit. We take our time and explain things, so you leave knowing exactly what we recommend and why.

A Small Team That Knows Your Family

Small team, familiar faces. We get to know your pet, their history, and what matters to you, so every visit builds on the last. We coordinate specialist referrals when your pet needs them, and we help you stay proactive about your pet’s care with a reminder system that tracks follow-ups and care reminders.

Thoughtful Scheduling

We schedule with intention. Appointments are never rushed, every pet has time to decompress, and each visit gets the care and attention it deserves. Where it helps, we space appointments to avoid overlap between fearful pets, to ensure a calm experience for everyone.

Involved in Every Decision

We will discuss all treatment options and explain why they are recommended, so you are involved and informed in your pet’s treatment plan. Our fees reflect the time and care we put into your pet’s entire healthcare plan.

SENIOR PET CARE & PET HEALTH PLAN

Senior Pet Care

Aging pets have more complex medical needs, and their care plan should reflect that. We tailor treatment, diagnostics, and follow-up around what your senior pet needs and what works best for your family.

Pet Health Plan

Built to spread your pet’s annual care costs over 12 months, making gold-standard preventative care manageable for your family.

Insurance, Payments & Financing

We’re happy to help with insurance pre-approvals before treatment so you know what’s likely covered. Payment is collected at the time of service, and you can submit your claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement afterward. For larger or unexpected costs, we work with a couple of external financing companies that can help spread payments out over time.
