Practice Manager

Jennifer brings a diverse background to our team, blending her expertise in finance, retail management, and an impressive 17 years of experience in the veterinary industry.

As Practice Manager, Jennifer is deeply involved in all aspects of the hospital, from inventory management to hospital administration. Her greatest focus, however, is ensuring that clients and their pets have memorable and positive veterinary experiences. She is also dedicated to creating a supportive environment for the staff, recognizing the importance of their hard work and contribution to the practice.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially when entertaining. She is an avid golfer, exploring various courses across Canada, and loves to travel to warm climates with her husband. On daily walks, she’s often seen with her Rottweiler cross, Lette, while carrying her miniature dachshund, Lila, in a pouch, ensuring everyone enjoys the fresh air together.

Jennifer’s warmth and enthusiasm is captivating make her an integral part of the team and a joy to work with. Whether it is in person or over the phone, her love for our patients and their families is palpable from the moment you meet her.
