During these uncertain and constantly changing times we have continuously been reviewing our hospital policies. We are trying our best to care for our patients while also supporting our staff due to the current pandemic we will be shortening the clinic hours.

Tuesday: 09:00 am – 06:00 pm
Wednesday: 09:00 am – 06:00 pm
Thursday: 09:00 am – 05:00 pm
Friday: 09:00 am – 05:00 pm
Saturday: 09: 00 am – 01:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

We will continue to keep our front door locked to encourage social distancing and minimize the number of people in the clinic. When you arrive please knock or call 905 208 9933 to let a member of our team know you are here.

Our staff are coming into work to ensure our patients and clients are cared for, but please help us take the necessary precautions to maintain their safety.

Please ensure you are wearing a mask whenever you are within 6 feet of any staff members.

For an appointment: Ensure your pet is secured either in a carrier or on a leash. A member of our team will come out and bring your pet into the clinic, please ensure your mask is on at this time.

Wait in your vehicle while your pet is being examined, please do not leave the clinic parking lot. Ensure you have your cell phone ready and available as our doctor and team will contact you during your pet’s appointment to discuss questions, findings on physical exam, diagnostics and treatment plans. Please understand that wait times will be longer than usual due to enhanced safety protocols.

Once your appointment is complete, one of our staff will call you to process the invoice and will bring your pet and any medication out to you. Please ensure your mask is on at this time

Food and medication collection: A member of our team will process your invoice over the phone using Mastercard or Visa credit cards and bring your food or medication out to you. Please ensure your mask is on at this time
To avoid delays, consider paying for your medication prior to arrival. Take advantage of MyVetStore offering home delivery, online ordering and prepayment.
If you are unable to pay over the phone, please advise a member of our team and we will bring the debit machine to you. During this time we request you to use payment methods other than cash.
